We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover.

Shipping Rates:

Our standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $6.95 for ground delivery. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

Shipping Time

All orders usually ship within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). However, lead time is also based on stock availability.

Returns:

We guaranteed your satisfaction. Unopened and unused items may be returned for a refund if returned within 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item/items. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and original shipping fees are not refunded, unless it is our error.

You must e-mail Infant Basics for a Return Authorization number (RMA) to initiate a return. Returns that do not have an RMA# printed clearly on the outside of the box will be refused or returned to sender. We cannot guarantee a proper credit without an RMA number. If accepted without an RMA# a 15% restocking fee will be applied. We recommend that all returns be insured as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Sales Tax:

Infant Basics is required to collect 8.75% sales tax on orders shipped to residents of California. Orders shipping outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
